ABOUT BRANDY
It's not just a property - it's your home.
I’m a Brownwood area native. My husband, Mike, and I met in high school and currently call the Salt Creek area home along with our 7 kids, 8 grandkids, 11 chickens, and a dog named Sadie. I love Brown County, and I’m passionate about the heritage and history of our land.
I provide the guidance, insights, and follow-through you need - persistent, data-driven, and analytical - but never intrusive. Buying or selling a home should feel smooth and stress-free, and that’s exactly what I aim to deliver.
Your privacy is important to me, so I keep communication simple: Texts & emails are my go-to; phone calls only when YOU want them. You can always call me, but I will only call you when you request it or the matter is urgent.
Reach out today in whatever way is most comfortable to you, and let’s visit.
Respectfully,
Brandy Bee Rose

Professional Services
Listing Agent
I use my own proprietary system to pull comparable properties that have sold and analyze the pricing strategy for listing your home or land based on a range of variables. We then work together to develop a marketing plan that will make your home attractive to potential buyers.
Selling a property on your own can end up with you coming up short, but I work hard to get you the best price for your land or home in the shortest amount of time possible.
Area Communities
When you buy a home, you're joining a community.
Brownwood
Brownwood is the county seat, with a population of around 18,862 (2020).
The town is home to dozens of shopping and dining options from unique downtown boutiques and one-of-a-kind eateries to nationwide restaurants and stores. Bowling, fishing, golf, antiquing, swimming, youth sports, and rodeos are just a few of the activities residents enjoy among many new and top notch facilities. Museums, parks, and the historic downtown Lyric theatre are local cultural gems. The community has wide variety of churches, clubs, and organizations.
BISD has 6 campuses, over 3,000 students, and a variety of educational opportunities.
Early
Early is a very popular place to live, work, and shop. The town, directly across the river from Brownwood, is home to a population of around 3,300 residents. The local ISD is 5 star rated TEA with over 1,100 students.
Early's economic development has been tremendous over the past decade or so, becoming home to a wide variety of popular stores and restaurants.
The new Early Town Center built on the Pecan Bayou is one of the newest attractions to come to Early. The area is also home to a local winery and a
one-of-a-kind live music and event venue. Highway 183 and 377 intersections in Early are some of the highest traffic counts in the county and the town boasts a retail trade area population of almost 85,000.
Lake Brownwood
/ Bangs
Just north of Brownwood, the Lake Brownwood area is home to around 1,700 residents divided up among no less than 15 different communities. The lake is, of course, very popular for boating, fishing, and other watersports, as well as home to a wide range of yearly retreats and events hosted at its numerous facilities.
To the west of Brownwood, the community of Bangs is home to around 1,600 Brown County citizens. Bangs ISD has over 800 students since it serves both the town's and Lake Brownwood's community residents. The Bangs MDD has been working hard to promote community activities over the past several years.
Blanket / May
/ Zephyr
The rural communities of Blanket, May, and Zephyr are situated east of the Pecan Bayou in Brown County. The classrooms are more intimate with between 150-250 students per ISD. Local athletics, churches, and civic organizations form the core of the communities' leisure activities and farming and ranching are still very active in these areas. Each town has between 200-400 residents and its own local diners nestled amidst historic homes and businesses. Land is sometimes passed down for generations in these areas, and real estate opportunities can be a bit more rare.
